1:1 Yoga Therapy

As a C-IAYT certified yoga therapist, I offer a personalised therapeutic yoga practice adapted to your body, your rhythm and your needs.

1:1 Yoga Therapy is an individual programme designed entirely around you.
It helps you reconnect with your body, regulate your nervous system and restore balance through simple, adapted practices you can continue at home.

Ideal if you want to:

·       Develop your own personal practice at your pace

·       Work with a tailored approach rather than group classes

·       Ease back, neck or shoulder pain, joint aches or limited mobility

·       Support stress, anxiety, panic, trauma, emotional overwhelm

·       Recover from injury, fatigue or sensitive health periods

How it works

Initial Assessment: Full evaluation + personalised practice + written programme for home use.
Follow-up (1–2 weeks later): Refine, adjust and build confidence.
Ongoing sessions (every 4–6 weeks): evolve your practice and support long-term balance.

This is a collaborative, non-judgmental therapeutic space where your experience guides the process.


YogaTherapy complements but does not replace medical care.

Pregnancy Yoga & Birth Preparation

A personalised 1:1 programme to help you feel calm and in control of your choices.

Held over 6 one-hour sessions, taken up to week 36 or 37 of your pregnancy (depending on how your pregnancy evolves).

  • 6-session package — £300

  • Single session — £55

From 14 weeks onwards you will need a 65cm Swiss ball.


Ayurveda Consultations

Ayurveda offers a gentle, intuitive way to understand your unique constitution and support your health through simple, natural adjustments.

Each consultation gives you a personalised programme to feel well in your body, your skin and your life, in harmony with your environment and the seasons.

Beneficial if you want to:

  • Improve digestion, sleep, skin or hormonal balance

  • Support chronic conditions (insomnia, digestive disorders, autoimmune tendencies, fatigue, stress-related symptoms…)

  • Restore energy and emotional balance

  • Feel grounded, lighter, clearer and aligned with the seasons

  • Follow a gentle, sustainable approach to weight balance and vitality

How it works

1. Initial Consultation

A complete Ayurvedic health assessment using traditional methods:
pulse, tongue, temperature, constitution, digestion, lifestyle, emotional state and full history.
From this, you receive a personalised diet and lifestyle programme (Dinacharya) to integrate at home, with a written plan included.

2. Follow-up (after 2–3 weeks)

We review, adjust and refine the programme according to your needs and your responses.

3. Ongoing Support

Every 4–6 weeks, or as needed, to support long-term harmony, integration and confidence.

This is a collaborative, respectful process that invites active participation and conscious self-care.
Ayurveda is a complementary method and does not replace medical care.
