ONLINE GROUP YOGA CLASSES
A weekly space to move, breathe and soften into yourself.
Accessible to all levels, these online classes weave postural work, breath, visualisation, meditation and gentle philosophy into a fluid, embodied practice.
You’ll explore a theme each week — a concept, a rhythm, a principle — then translate it into your body through mindful movement and breath.
Your role is simple: follow the guidance, stay curious, and listen to your inner experience.
Each session closes with deep relaxation, followed by a moment to share or simply absorb the practice.
What to expect:
• A safe, non-competitive environment
• One hour of guided movement & breath
• Embodied themes to restore presence and clarity
• Relaxation and integration at the end
• Space to express or reflect if you wish
Please bring your own yoga mat, block and blanket/throw.

Evening Yoga Ritual Workshop

As the day comes to a close, this online workshop invites you to slow down, release the day, and gently reconnect with yourself—wherever you are.
Evening Ritual Yoga is a soothing practice combining gentle yoga, meditation, and affirmations to ease the transition into evening. Designed to calm the nervous system and quiet the mind, it’s an invitation to soften and welcome rest with intention.
Join from the comfort of your home for a moment of presence and peace.
The workshop will focus on:
Gentle yoga to release tension and ground your energy
Guided meditation to calm the mind and body
Affirmations to create a quiet, supportive inner space
A nurturing online space to unwind
A ritual you can repeat any evening, on your own

Who it’s for: Women wanting accessible wellbeing practices they can integrate into everyday life.
This workshop is open to all levels.
No need for anything fancy—just a quiet corner, your mat, and a little time for yourself.
Come as you are, and let yourself be held by the rhythm of slowing down.

IN-PERSON WORKSHOPS
In-person workshops invite you to step into a held, nourishing space where movement, breath and sensory experience meet.
These sessions weave therapeutic yoga, marma points, ritual, sound and mindful awareness to support emotional release, joy, grounding and inner freedom.
A typical in-person workshop may include:

• Yoga for balance, joy & nervous system harmony
• Deep relaxation & meditation
• Crystals or healing stones (depending on theme)
• Sound, mantra & guided inner journeying
