ONLINE GROUP YOGA CLASSES
A weekly space to move, breathe and soften into yourself.
Accessible to all levels, these online classes weave postural work, breath, visualisation, meditation and gentle philosophy into a fluid, embodied practice.
You’ll explore a theme each week — a concept, a rhythm, a principle — then translate it into your body through mindful movement and breath.
Your role is simple: follow the guidance, stay curious, and listen to your inner experience.
Each session closes with deep relaxation, followed by a moment to share or simply absorb the practice.
What to expect:
• A safe, non-competitive environment
• One hour of guided movement & breath
• Embodied themes to restore presence and clarity
• Relaxation and integration at the end
• Space to express or reflect if you wish
Please bring your own yoga mat, block and blanket/throw.

• Abhyanga (self-massage) to support circulation, grounding & cellular vitality
• Marma therapy to release stagnant energy and restore flow
• Yoga & mindful movement for tranquility and presence
• Meditation & guided relaxation
• Positive mantras & visualisations
ONLINE WORKSHOPS
Who it’s for: Women wanting accessible wellbeing practices they can integrate into everyday life.

IN-PERSON WORKSHOPS
In-person workshops invite you to step into a held, nourishing space where movement, breath and sensory experience meet.
These sessions weave therapeutic yoga, marma points, ritual, sound and mindful awareness to support emotional release, joy, grounding and inner freedom.
A typical in-person workshop may include:
• Luxury Marma Point Activation
• Yoga for balance, joy & nervous system harmony
• Deep relaxation & meditation
• Crystals or healing stones (depending on theme)
• Sound, mantra & guided inner journeying
Format: 90 minutes–2 hours • Small group • Held in calm, supportive spaces
Who it’s for: Women ready for deeper embodiment, connection and transformation.
Recent theme: Joy & Freedom — balancing the sacral chakra for creativity, pleasure and emotional flow.
